Modesto, California - April Lynn Edde, born in April 1968, age 55, passed away on September 13, 2023 in Modesto, CA. She grew up in California & Hawaii, graduated from Kalaheo High School and Kapi'olani College, Hawaii. She lived in Modesto and worked at Gallo Winery for 27 years. April shared an infectious smile, laughter and generosity toward others. She loved animals, nature, travel, dancing and art. She never requested the limelight but certainly could have. April will always be in our hearts and minds and will remain loved beyond measure. She is survived by many, including best friend of 25 yrs Kenneth L. Hanigan, close friends Carla, Deb, Jo, Gallo co-workers and family Angela, Larry, Linda Edde-Strauss and Ed (Sandy), Candace (Doug), Joy (Dave) and extended family. A memorial donation can be made independently to an animal shelter or other charity.
