I am so sad to hear DeAnne passed away. I was fortunate to work with her at Public Health and Social Services briefly. De-Ann was always so kind to me. I remember her talking to me about drying her own chilies. She explained to me what certain peppers were called when they were dried. I learned something new every time we had a conversation. She was a very special lady and I will miss hearing her contagious laugh and her great sense of humor. My deepest condolences to David. DeAnne will be truly missed.

I worked with De-Anne off and on over the years and most recently when she boldly returned to work in Adult and Aging Services in Mendocino County. Every day De-Anne come to work with a smile and a great attitude despite this long term illness. De-Anne showed passion for the work and was a professional in every since of the word.
May De-Anne's family and friends be comforted knowing that she was respected by her peers and will be missed. My condolences.

I am so sorry for this loss. I worked with DeAnne when I first began with the County, she was a light beam in the dark hallways of our offices. I will never forget her beaming smile and big hugs.
