Austin Meyer Obituary

Austin Cooper Meyer
Sept. 18, 1993 - Oct. 1, 2017
Sparks, NV
Austin Cooper Meyer, 24, was taken too early from this world in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 1st, 2017. Born and raised in the Monterey area, he was a graduate of Seaside High School and was currently attending Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada. Austin is survived by his loving parents, Christiann and Wayne, two sisters, Veronica, Ariel and his girlfriend/fiance Dana Getreu, numerous family members and friends. He was an amazing young man, full of life and loved by all who knew him. Austin was smart, witty and known to always have a beautiful smile on his face; especially when working on his favorite cars!
His family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support they have received during this difficult time. May we all find comfort knowing that Austin is now singing with Biggie and speed racing alongside Paul Walker. Austin will be greatly missed, always loved and never forgotten.
The family wishes to have a private burial service along with a private celebration of life. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Dearest Austin,

I am thinking of you at this time - one year later to the day. You were taken too soon, during the prime of your life. I know how much you looked forward to LIVING your life to the fullest. I am sorry that we never had the chance to take the Porsche around the track at Laguna Seca together - I know how much you would have enjoyed that... then you would have told me afterwards how to improve the performance of my car!

I miss you, nephew... rest in peace, or at least take an exhilarating lap around Heaven for me.
