talented pianist/instructor (age 50), went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Please send Memorial Donations to S.P.C.A. P.O. Box 3058, Monterey, CA 93942. A "Celebration of Life" tribute will be held at First Presbyterian Church on Padre Drive, Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 10 - 12pm.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Dave had been playing piano practically all of his life. He was a classical trained pianist. Dave was also an accomplished clarinet player and symphony percussionist. One of Dave's musical highlights took place in the early nineties, when he was asked to front an entire orchestra. He brought a special flavor to all bands he played with.

We loved David. He had been coming to our home every Thursday for the past seven years. The minute the doorbell rang our dog would greet him and wait to receive the treat David had brought him. Besides educating us all at the piano he always had a good joke or a story. He was a kind, warm, gentle soul with a huge heart. He was just incredible with our children. We will all really miss him.
