Iris Changes Obituary
Iris June Changes, age 74, of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. A funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Hooker officiating. Interment followed in Skyline Memory Gardens. Cox-Needham Funeral Home of Pilot Mountain handled arrangements.
