Charles Heitzenroder Obituary
AGE: 100 • Merritt Island, FL
Chick was born on Oct. 8, 1912 in Patricks Corner, East Brunswick, NJ and died on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013. Chick was predeceased by his first wife of 27 years, Rose who passed in 1959. He was also predeceased by his second wife of 27 years, Margaret who passed in 1992. Nine brothers and sisters also died before Chick did. During the 1930's Chick served with the East Brunswick Police Reserves. He also was a supervisor for Ross Engineering. At times he also worked for "The Gentleman" Manning Patrick at his various interest. Chick was a Life Time Member in the Brookview Fire Co. on Riva Ave. He was also a Founding Father of Our Lady of Peace Church on Rte. 130 in No. Brunswick.
Chick is survived by his daughters, Rosemarie, Joyce, Margaret and Pattyanne and two sons, Chas and John.
There will be a memorial mass at 11:30 am Saturday, April 6 at Our Lady of Peace Church on Rte 130 No. Brunswick. Following at 12:30pm there will be a 100 year celebration of Chick's life at Lory's Lakeside on Church Ln. in No. Brunswick. For information, please call his son, Chas at (732) 261-5245.

I was so sorry to hear of Chick's passing. Our families had a wonderful time growing up in Patrick's Corner. Know that Chick is in a better place and is at peace. Sorry to hear of the loss of your father. May the loving memories you share now and in the days ahead bring you a measure of peace. Part of the passage in Psalm 90 verse 10, regarding age, speaks about those who because of special mightiness reach 80 years. Your love one must have really had special mightiness since
he lived 100 years.
