DAVID NODES
AGE: 70 TOMS RIVER
David Nodes, 70, of Toms River, passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Newark, he lived in Middlesex Boro before moving to Toms River 25 years ago. He was a retired salesman, working for Foley Machinery Co., Piscataway for 15 years and later served as a branch manager for Giles & Ransome Co. in Toms River. David was an Army veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his loving family and he will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen J. Nodes; his sons, David W. Nodes and his wife Linda of Whiting, Robert Nodes of Toms River, and Gary Nodes and his wife Sue of Toms River; his brothers, Kenneth, Raymond, Bernard and Ernest Nodes; his sisters, Sandra Doyle and Linda Squires; and his cherished grandchildren, David W. Jr., Kathryn, Allison, Kyle, Amber and Marc.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28 at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 29 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.

Dave you have been in our family for 50 years and we have so many memories of good times. We will miss you so very much. Our hearts go out to my sister Helen, sons David, Bobby, Gary and their families. May happy memories of Dave make them smile and help ease the pain. We remember Dave as a happy guy who was full of laughter. Dave thanks for the memories........til we meet again. Love, Judy & Jim
