Eileen Powell Obituary
EILEEN POWELL
AGE: 61 CARTERET
Eileen P. (Reilly) Powell, 61, of Carteret died Thursday, Sept. 11, 2008, at JFK Medical Center in Edison.
She was born in Brooklyn and lived in Carteret for the past 25 years.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Thomas A. Powell and two sons, Scott R. Powell and Michael S. Powell. Also survived by two sisters, Jane Severt and Patricia Borchick.
A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, at Rumpf Funeral Home, 21 Locust St., Carteret. We will begin to leave at 9:30 a.m. for the interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting hours will be from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. and 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tommy, Scott, and Michael. We loved Neen very much. She was a wonderful caregiver and person. She will be missed greatly by the Faucher family.

We are still in complete shock with the news of Eileen's death. We all go a long way back in time together. She will always be remembered for her beautiful personality and laughter. God bless her always. Our deepest sympathy to Tommy, Scott and Michael.

My thoughts and prayers are with Eileen's family. I worked with Eileen at Continental Camera about 22 years ago. She was alot of fun and will never be forgotten.

I writing this for my Mom, Ethel. She is Eileen's cousin. She wants me to send her love to all of you and she wishes she could make it there for the services, but her health is not to good. She said she's thinking of all you. God bless. Gigi

Eileen worked in my law office as a legal secretary/receptionist. She was a wonderful person and I got to know her and her family well. I will treasure the memories of the time we shared together.
