Gary, so sorry to hear about Eileens passing. Glenn and I are grateful and blessed that we got to know both of your parents over the last 10 years. Please know we think of them often.

To Gary and family,
My Dad and I are saddened and deeply sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Our families go way back in Pt Beach and we have a lot of great memories. Also very sorry to hear that Gail passed away. We could not attend the service but certainly would have if possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely, Bob Moore Jr and Bob Sr

Condolences to the family of Eileen Rossi. Growing up in Point Pleasant Beach we grew up with the Rossi children. Mrs Rossi always had a big warm smile and was such a lovely person. She made me feel very special as a child and I have never forgotten that. RIP Mrs. Rossi

I am happy that Eileen and I were able to talk frequently. We were able to keep up to date with our families and talk about our memories. Sometimes in the last years she would want me to tell her about all the family because she said she did not remember. Eileen could not remember it was her 94th birthday when we last talked, but she remembered me. I will miss my sister Eileen.

We are happy we were able to visit Uncle Al, and Aunt Eileen in the fall of 2016. Aunt Eileen was thrilled we had driven our RV from California to Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Uncle Al and Aunt Eileen were very special people and our family enjoyed visiting with them when they traveled to the midwest. Aunt Eileen will be missed but we have many good memories.

We are so glad that we were able to spend time w Aunt Eileen and Uncle Al when they travelled here every summer when we were younger and that we were able to visit and see everyone in Point Pleasant in 2013. Aunt Eileen was a very sweet lady and we laughed a lot. We will miss her.

We always loved visiting with Uncle Al and aunt Eileen when they would come to Nashville. Had a great time at the boardwalk playing skiball when we visited. We will miss them very much. Love, Phil

Eileen was the oldest daughter of eight children born to Harry and Lavon Schaeffer. Two of her sisters and one brother are still living--Mary Barton of St. Louis, MO. and Marjorie May of Nashville, IL. and Don Schaeffer of DeSoto, MO. Four brothers predeceased her---Wilbur, Darrel, Charles, and Marvin. There is also a long list of nieces and nephews as well as sisters-in-law that mourn her passing.
