Flora Klann Obituary
AGE: 94 • Oceanport
Flora Klann, 94, of Oceanport, New Jersey, went home to her Lord on October 15, 2011at the Monmouth Care Center, Long Branch.
She was predeceased by her mother Flora, husband Jack, daughter Susan, and siblings, Roger, Herbert, and Betty. She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law, Paul & Judy; grand-daughter Heidi Evans; two nephew's John and his wife Patricia Fog and Robert and his wife Susan Fog; three nieces, Janet, Nancy and Barbara; her loving companion of 30 years, Ed McDermott.
She was a long time devoted member of the Oceanport Methodist Church and hosted Bible study in her home for 25 years. She had an extensive support group of friends from her church, Oceanport Gardens, Salon Tactics and the Raceway Diner. She is forever indebted to her Doctor, the VNA of Central Jersey, and her faithful aides. She left behind a legacy of a long life well lived. She loved to laugh and reveled in telling a good story. While we celebrate her life and accomplishments, she will be dearly missed.

I enjoyed my relationship with Flora while I was the manager at Oceanport Gardens for over 25 years. A lovely lady and such a joyful neighbor to all her friends in Oceanport. I know that she was welcomed with joyous Love as she entered into the heavens. My deepest condolences, and regards to the family, who I do remember.
