AGE: 107 • Demarest
LUCIA, Frank M. Sr., of Demarest (formerly of Union City and Ortley Beach) passed away on March 14, 2017 at the age of 107. Loving husband of the late Carmella (nee Dragona). Dear father of Connie Vargo (John), Joseph (MaryAnn), Frank Jr. (Patricia), and the late Marie Schettino (Emile). Brother of the late Mary, Josephine, Anthony and George. Loving grandpa of Dawn, Emile, Frank III, Joni, Jennifer and Erica. Great grandfather of Cory and Aron.
Frank worked for Curtis Wright for 42 years, was a member of the Knights of Columbus Palisade Council #387 in Union City and a member of St. Rocco's R.C. Church in Union City. He was also involved in the ARC program at the JCC in Tenafly.
Visitation at the Barrett Funeral Home 148 Dean Dr Tenafly on Sunday from 2-6 PM. Funeral Mass Monday, 10 AM at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Demarest. Entombment Madonna Mausoleum Fort Lee.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142 Memphis, TN 38101 or to the Kaplan JCC on the Palisades (ARC program) 411 E. Clinton Ave Tenafly, NJ 07670. For directions visit www.barrettfuneralhome.net.

Dear Uncle you were an awesome individual. I'll always remember you riding you bike over to my house in Ortley Beach. I always had your favorite, a piece of fresh fruit. It never mattered what kind. You grew the most amazing tomatoes in your little garden. I'll never forget all the special memories we had with you. Now you are united with all the special people, both family and friends, who have gone before you. Rest in the peace of the Lord
