I thank my Unc for being there for our fam when my dad, his younger bro Ernest passed 14 years prior. My bros and I appreciated the support on coming down to Maryland for the memorial at the time. He also brought a brief case filled with personal items and letters ( I just read some of them yesterday) from my dad to give to me and my siblings during this time. Peace to the entire Hazell family. Nephew, Quentin

My condolences to Beulah the entire Hazell family. I wish them comfort during their bereavement.

Newton was a great guy and well liked. I grew up about 9 houses from his family home in Perth Amboy, N.J. and his younger brother Ernest, was one of my best friends. I didn't see Newton that often because I live in Washington, D.C.

One of the talents that not many people were aware of was that Newton was a very good amateur boxer. I used to watch him train.

Peace to the family.
