SEAN TURI
AGE: 40 WASHINGTON
Sean Turi, 40, of Washington, NJ died suddenly after being strickened at his home on Saturday March 13, 2010. He was born in New Brunswick, NJ on December 24, 1969. He was the son of the later Charles Peters and Carol Ann Turi-Specht of North Brunswick NJ. He was a Bus Driver for E.S.C. in Glen Gardner, NJ and he also worked in the Deli department for Shop Rite in Washington, NJ. He graduated from North Brunswick High School and had attended classes at Lincoln Technical School. He loved riding his motorcycle. Sean was of catholic faith and attended St Josephs Catholic Church in Washington, NJ.
In addition to his mother, Sean is survived by his wife, The former Judi Hartrum; a son, Joseph Turi; daughter, Jessica Turi and stepdaughter, Jacklyn Hartrum all at home; a brother, John B. Specht III and his wife Melissa of East Windsor NJ; a sister, Laura Beth Specht of North Brunswick, NJ; step parternal grandmother, Marge Specht of East Brunswick, NJ; Cousins, Jeff and Denise Sudnick of Chestertown, MD, Anthony and Dorothy Sudnick of West Windsor, NJ, Ron and Marie O'Connor of North Brunswick, NJ and Chris Pellichero of Monmouth Junction, NJ and many other cousins, nieces and nephews. Sean is also predeceased by a maternal grandfather, Edward Creamer and a maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Turi.
Visitation will be on Wednesday March 17th from 3-6 pm with services following at 6 pm in the DeVoe Funeral Home, 136 West Washington Ave, Washington, NJ 07882. Cremation to follow in the HG Smith Crematory Stroudsburg PA. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations (for the childrens education) to the Sean Turi Memorial Fund 110 Demeter Road, Washington NJ 07882. Mr. Sean will be dearly missed. He was my daughter's bus driver for the past 2 years. He was a caring and thoughtful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
