No matter how busy we were, Bill would always find the time to help out in work. He was a thorough technician, and a good person to have on your side. My prayers are with you.

My deepest sympathy in the loss of Bill. He was a good person and I enjoyed working with him at Xerox. He could always be counted on to help and had a very plesant way about himself. May he rest in peace. May the Good Lord give you strength and courage to carry on in the days without Bill. God Bless You.
