Just saw this, been looking for Spivey for decades. We were best buddies in Okinawa, lived across the hall to each other in the barracks. Played racquetball almost everyday. Japanese Momasan who cleaned the barracks (I know, but it's the USAF) called us Spaghetti and Meatball, she could not pronounce Spivey, so he was Spaghetti and I was Meatball, we were always together.

May God Bless the loved ones he left behind, but God knew his heart and God does not make any mistakes. This man will be truly missed and a person that cannot ever be replaced. He leaves some fond memories that we all as friends and professionals have shared together, especially during the special occasions at Boys and Girls Homes. May God Bless each of his family members and friends and may Heaven forever smile upon us all.
