Ronald Kercher Obituary

Ronald Kercher, 79, died Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Agape Rehab of Conway.
Born on October 21, 1932 in Dayton, OH, he was the son of the late Ralph and Dorothy Comer Kercher.
He was a member of Wampee Baptist Church, a U.S. Navy Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict on the Ramora Submarine and was a member of Aberdeen Men's Golf League.
Mr. Kercher is survived by his wife of 43 years, Judith Waltemathe Kercher of Longs; two stepsons, Jeffrey Meyers of Dayton, OH, Joseph Meyers (Becky) of Dayton, OH; three grandsons and two granddaughters. He is predeceased by his brother, Ralph Kercher.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, March 15 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia, SC 29169.
