What a wonderful man, friend and classmate Jerry has been over so many years. Jerry was always our MC at all of our class reunions even hosting the last 2. No one will ever be able to make a group laugh like he did...we love you Jerry and will miss you forever until we meet again.

My husband and I knew Jerry and Romi for years and vacationed with them often. To this day I don´t think I ever met a man with such dry quick wit. No one could make us laugh like Jerry. I still think of things that make me laugh. He was one funny uplifting person. He contributed an awful lot to this community and will never be forgotten. God rest your soul Jerry. You will be missed.

Jerry did the covers of my first three albums. I remember him coming out to the top of Starved Rock to take the picture for my very first one in 1977. A wonderful photographer, and a great guy.

This is a hard one. I've known Jerry since 1974 when I moved to Ottawa. He had his photography shop on Main Street. His cash register was a cigar box. We became good friends, fellow Rotarians, lunch pals on Fridays along with Ron, Don, Gene and Bill. Jerry was so clever and smart. His friends will miss this fine man. Ottawa will miss Jerry's devotion to his city. Goodbye my friend.
