A. Don Neely, 87, of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away on March 6, 2026, at Brownsburg Meadows. Born in Graves County, Kentucky, to O.D. and Lee Ella (née Williams) Neely, Don spent over forty years as a dedicated employee of Kite Construction. He was also a proud, 47-year member of the Painters Local Union 47 in Indianapolis. In his free time, he found great joy in fishing.
Don is survived by his wife, Donna (née Kiger) Neely; his sons, Greg (Kris) Neely and Tony Neely; and his stepson, Pastor David (Tara) Dale.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Eric MD Bell Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to gather from 10AM until the time of the service. Following the funeral, Don will be laid to rest at Westridge Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to The Autism Society of Indiana.
During this difficult time of loss, all are encouraged to keep the Neely family in their thoughts and prayers.
