Douglas S. Meyer, age 43, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 26, 2026. He was born to Brian Meyer and Judith (Brown) Meyer on May 26, 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Douglas was a Plainfield High School graduate, class of 2000. He later attended Purdue University, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree. In his earlier years, Douglas loved to ride trains. His main focus was working on computers and informational technology. Douglas had the tenacity at attempting to garden so to speak, trying to grow cherry tomatoes, herbs and sunflowers at his apartment to no avail. He also loved to sit outside his apartment and watch the birds. Funeral services will be private. Survivors include his spouse, Macario Ramirez; parents, Brian Meyer and Judith Meyer; sister, Melanie Reddick; half-sister, Jennifer Byrd; several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
