Aaron Kyle Ellis-died on Friday, December 30, 2022 at his home in Austin, TX. He was 26 years old.
Born on April 16, 1996 to Yvonne Briscoe and James Robert Ellis, Aaron was always known for being wiser than his years and was said to be a old soul. As a young child he was very curious and would take electronics apart to understand how they worked, even if he could never get them back together again.
He loved his girlfriend Alyssa Torres immensely. Her father, Mr. G, treated Aaron as his own son and inspired him to use his curiosity to his advantage and become a mechanic.
Aaron was quirky and fun; he brought happiness to so many lives and will be missed by everyone lucky enough to know him. As a young man with both passion and an intense sense of empathy, Aaron had a keen awareness of other people and felt who they really were immediately. He had such a tender soul and felt deeply. Sadly, Aaron passed away too young. Love your loved ones like there is no tomorrow.
He is survived by his mother; his paternal grandparents, Damon and Sherrill; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Donene; his many aunts and uncles (Thaine and Sunny, Danielle and Justin, Suzette, Rebecca, Nathaniel, Mary and Jess, Jennifer and Jason), half sister Carlee, and his many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, half brother Dylan, and Uncle Ram.
Funeral services will be held at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home in San Antonio, TX on January 9, 2023. All are welcome. There will be no formal program; the family asks that attendees come prepared to share stories of Aaron's life.
