Aaron Jasper Fick

Aaron Jasper Fick, age 48, of Austin, Texas, passed away on July 25, 2025, after a lifelong battle with Marfan syndrome. Born on May 11, 1977, in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, to Ed and Elaine Fick, Aaron lived a life defined by perseverance, kindness, and deep dedication to those around him.

A proud graduate of Austin High School, Class of 1995, Aaron went on to pursue his love of basketball at Arkansas State University before transferring to Texas State University. There, he became a devoted member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, forming lasting friendships and cherished memories.

After college Aaron began his lifelong career at Culver's in Kerrville, Tx. He served for 5 years as General Manager at the newly constructed family owned Culver's. His natural leadership, integrity, and passion for people eventually led him to Austin, where he served for the past 20 years as the General Manager of the family's Culver's location on William Cannon Drive. Aaron was deeply respected by both his team and customers for his strong work ethic, generous spirit, and welcoming presence.

Aaron will be remembered not only for his courage and strength in facing health challenges, but also for his unwavering loyalty, sharp sense of humor, and the genuine kindness he extended to everyone he met.

He is survived by his loving wife, Robin (Haas), two sons, Brenden and Micah; his parents, Ed and Elaine Fick; his sister, Theresa Gotti (Grant); his niece, Ella, and nephew, Bryson; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Aaron's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, Texas.
