Aaron Michael Hodapp tragically passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of twenty-five.
Aaron was born on August 26, 1999, in Clinton Township. He was a son of Timothy (Mary) Hodapp and Laurie (Thom) Peplinski. Aaron graduated from Armada High School in 2018 and earned many certifications for CNC machine operating through his attendance at both Grand Valley State University and Macomb Community College. He dedicated an abundance of time and energy to his friends and family and spreading joy and compassion to those around him. He even did this in his work at Exco Extrusions where he worked with his dad, brother, and friends. Aaron knew how to bring light and laughter to any situation whether that was baking and cooking with his Grandma and Pa, playing board games and video games with his friends, or camping outside and kayaking with his family. Aaron also wasn't afraid to try something new and enjoyed snowboarding and golfing with his friends and family. Finally, you can't talk about Aaron without mentioning his love of F1 racing. Whether it was watching races or building Lego race cars, you couldn't know Aaron without hearing about his love of F1. Aaron was loved by many, but none more than his twin brother Connor. His passing has broken the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
Aaron is survived by his parents, Timothy (Mary) Hodapp and Laurie (Thom) Peplinski; twin brother, Connor; siblings, Andrew; William and Marisa; Michael and Matthew (Lonna); paternal grandfather, John (Kathy) Hodapp; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Goad; nephews, Damon and Julian; and an abundance of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Aaron was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Manuel and Lydia Atkinson.
Visitation for Aaron will take place on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tiffany-Young & Hauss Funeral Home, 73919 Fulton Street, Armada. The funeral service will take place on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. with an instate time of 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home. The burial will be immediately following the funeral service at Willow Grove Cemetery in Richmond Township.
Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association.

when we were kids we took a toddler cart behind the apartments in armada and rode it down a hill behind there. I remember falling out of the cart going down the hill while I was winded from the tumble Aaron came down and tackled me, it is one of many great memories I have with him
