Abraham Placencio Obituary
He was preceded in death by his father Alberto L. Placencio, mother Sara C. Placencio; sister June Placencio; brothers: Jack Placencio, Chris Placencio, Raul Morales, Abraham Morales, Alonso Placencio and dog children: Luna and Cloud.
Abraham was survived by his brothers: Albert Placencio, Jr. (Roberta), Pete Placencio, Jacinto Placencio (Lola); sisters: Rose Madrid (Arturo), Sarah Placencio Medrano.
Abraham's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Friday, March 22, 2024, 5:00 pm at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church located at 619 Copper Ave. NE, 87102. Abraham will be laid to rest following the Mass at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, 87102. Reception will follow graveside inside St. Mary's Catholic School Gym located at 224 7th Street NW, 87102

May Abraham rest in peace. He was such a good steward of the Lord. I remember Abraham riding on the streets near many shelters in downtown Albuquerque assisting the poor. He also was the deacon present at my Mother's internment on February 10th. He will be missed and may he be a hero for us all.

I met Abraham at church a few years ago and was simply blessed to know him. So kind, and so full of love for the Lord. Wonderful person. My deepest condolences to family and friends.

My dad died recently and Brother Abraham was a long with my other ACTS brothers came to the services and followed up later with a card that spoke to my heart. Abraham is someone that I will always pray for and I know that this very compassionate and selfless man of God is truly in Heaven awaiting all that follow... Rejoicing and Praising our Heavenly Father... I will always think of Brother Abraham and his many sons... Praise God for putting this man´s light upon my path!
