Ada Rosella King (nee Kent), 83, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away peacefully on Aug. 21, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Ada was born Rockville, Indiana on November 25, 1941 to William Kent and Myrtle Manning. She was a devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother known for her generosity, cooking skills and quick wit.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Melvin King, her children; Mark King, Michelle King, Marceen Miller, Marti Al-Ubaidi and Marni Rousseau, her grandchildren; Bill Vose, Stone Sousanes, Nicholle Miller, Alex Al-Ubaidi, Mitchell Al-Ubaidi, Michael King and many great-grandchildren.
Ada was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Wanda Kelsheimer, Virginia Fedo, Stacy Holden, Billie Merrill Fisher and Kenneth Kent.
A memorial service will be held at Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home.
The Family would like to thank Compassus Hospice Group for their Compassionate care throughout Ada's journey.
Ada will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.

I loved helping my mom cook. I learned quite alot. She definitely was the best cook. She taught me so much. I love my mom forever.
