Adam Joseph Creppel was born on June 30, 1941, son of the late Adam Ornes Creppel and Felicia Touchard Creppel, passed away peacefully at his home in Crowne Point, LA on November 21, 2024.
Adam was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and cherished friend. He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years Donis Sharpe Creppel; his sons Clay Creppel of Pueblo, Colorado; Kendal Creppel and wife Carla of Bluefield, West Virginia; his grandchildren Sara Creppel, Luke Creppel, Tana Miller and Chrissy Trest as well as four great grandchildren. His brothers Lanny, Ornes, Pete, David, Clinton, Barry and Chris; sisters Ann Jones, Nancy Butler, and Felicia Huffman. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Creppel and sister Mary Bourgeois.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th from 9:00 am to 11 am at Barataria Baptist Church, 2596 Jean Lafitte Blvd, Lafitte, LA where Adam was a longtime member, worker and encourager. Pastor Jeff Smith will be officiating the funeral service starting at 11 am with burial to immediately follow at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1255 Whitney Ave, Gretna, LA.
