It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Adelina "Lee" Zablocki, a resident of the Prudenville, Michigan. Lee was born on Tuesday, July 26th, 1955, in Newark, New Jersey, and she passed away peacefully at the Villa of West Branch on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, at the age of 69.
Lee was a dedicated and hardworking woman who spent her career as a seamstress at Ford Motor Company. She was a member of UAW Local 400. Adelina had a passion for travel, which allowed her to experience the world and gather countless memories that she often shared with her loved ones.
She is survived by her daughter Nina Allen, her granddaughter, Haley Justice, and her great-granddaughter, Amora Justice, her brother Salvatore (Kathleen) Capriola, sister Angie DeLucca, and her nieces and nephews Salvatore (Holly) Capriola Jr., Michael (Geana) Beattie, Jamie Beattie, Matthew Kamulski, Sarah Kamulski & April (Josh) Hernandez. She will also be greatly missed by her many loving nieces and nephews. Lee was preceded in death by her loving parents, Bernardo & Antonina Capriola, and her dear sisters, Frances (Paul) Kamulski & Maria Beattie.
Lee's kindness, strength, and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace and her memory be a blessing to those who loved her.
Visitation will be held at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. (SHELBY TOWNSHIP) on Friday, November 1st, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A rosary service will take place that evening at 5:30 pm.
The funeral service to celebrate Adelina's life will be held at the Christian Memorial Cultural Center 521 E. Hamlin Rd. (btw. John R & Rochester Rds.) on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 at 12:30pm.
