Carole Jane Zablocki, age 77, of Fawn Lake Forest, Hawley died Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Carole was born February 12, 1948, in Olyphant, PA and was the daughter of the late Gene and Irene (Kasiewski) Calibani. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Michael J. Zablocki and a sister, Patricia Giancarlo.
She was a Radio City Music Hall Rockette.
She is survived by her husband: Raymond J. Zablocki and two sons: Steven J. Zablocki of Wolmersdorf, PA and David J. Zablocki and his wife Pansy of Long Branch, NJ.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 16th from 4-6 PM at Teeters' East Chapel, 507 Church St, Hawley.
Cremation will be at Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.

Oh Carole I didn't know that you passed. I wish Ray would of let me know. My buddy on the phone I will miss talking to you. Rest in peace now. Love you always.
