Adeline Gretzinger

Adeline Gretzinger, born March 4, 1944, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully in Florida on September 15. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Hugo and Helen Klempel.

In 1963, Adeline married Otto Gretzinger, Jr., and together they built a life rooted in love, family, and hard work. She is survived by her husband Otto, two children, Rose McConnell (Richard) and Otto Gretzinger III (Cyndi), five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy.

Adeline spent her formative years in Milwaukee, later moving to Colorado, and Florida, cultivating lifelong friendships along the way. A devoted member of Garfield Baptist Church in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, she found strength and community in her faith.

For decades, Adeline worked alongside her husband as office manager at their family business, Precise Tool and Die. She was admired for her sharp wit, deep appreciation for nature, quiet faith and unwavering love for her family.

Visitation Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Harder Funeral Home 18700 W. Capitol Drive Brookfield, WI 53045, beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. A private burial will be held at Pinelawn Cemetery in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
