Adrian Martinez

Adrian Martinez was born in Corpus Christi, TX on January 30,1981, to Martin Martinez and Irma Flores. Adrian gained his wings on July 7, 2025. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Luisa Olga Garza and Raymundo L. Flores. Also preceded in death by his father Juan Lopez, who raised him from the age of 1 to 15.

Adrian is survived by his wife, Leticia Martinez and their children whom he loved very much, sons, Adrian Martinez Jr. (Deja)and Jalen Martinez and daughters Adriana Hope Martinez and Marissa Andrea Zuniga (Joel).

Adrian is also survived by his mother Irma Flores and his four brothers, Javier Flores, Luis Flores, Martin Martinez (Joanne), and Gabriel Martinez (Criselda). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Adrian attended Moody High School and entered the workforce at a young age. He worked at various restaurants throughout his life, the last being Joe's Crab Shack and Katz21.

Adrian had a love for sports, but his passion was shooting pool. He played on various teams and in many tournaments. It was a hobby he and his son Adrian Jr. enjoyed together on many occasions.

Adrian was extremely proud of all his children for completing the accomplishment of receiving their high school diplomas. He loved his children deeply and unconditionally and wanted to become the best man he could for them.

Prior to his unfortunate passing he was to be promoted to management. He was in the process of making positive changes

Adrian had just returned to Solid Rock church where he attended with his wife and children in the past. He had regained a strong faith in God and looked forward to attending.

Adrian had a heart of gold. He once gave the shoes off his feet to a homeless man. He always gave money or food to anyone that asked for help without a second thought and without judgement.

Please continue to pray for Adrian, his wife and children, as well as his mother and the Martinez and Flores families.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at Corpus Christi Funeral Home, 2409 Baldwin Blvd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405., followed by a Funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Services will conclude that afternoon.
