Cheryl, John and family, I´m so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear Mom. It´s never easy letting them go. She was always a calming and kind woman, and what love she had for her family. I know in time many wonderful, loving and happier memories will help ease your pain. Love & hugs, Arlene

I remember one night when Auntie Aida and Uncle Bob were visiting. It was a bad thunderstorm and we kids were in bed. I was about 5 years old. Dad said we could come downstairs, but I was too scared. Auntie Aida came up and got me and made me feel better.
I remember the Fourth of July barbeques together. We always had fun at the Halloween parties and visiting on Halloween with our kids.
She knew how much I loved cats and used to get me a cat ornament every year for my tree.
Auntie Aida was always kind and softspoken. She never looked her age. She always remembered to send Christmas cards to each and every one of us every year. I will treasure the memories I had with her.
Love, niece Joanne

Probably my oldest memory about Auntie Aida was when I was likely around 7. She would come to our home with pears and tomatoes packed in brown lunch bags. Me and my sister Linda would run around the neighborhood and sell the bagged fruits while she visited my parents and had tea. As a young child, my family and I enjoyed many summer barbeques at her home in Medford and later in Malden with her and extended family. Cousins were often placed back-to-back comparing heights. For many years, I would visit Auntie Aida with my two children on Halloween. She was always welcoming and loved my boys' costumes. I'll always remember Auntie Aida as soft spoken, gentle, kind and above all, recall how she loved family. With much love, Niece Karen
