Aimee was born in Bronx, NY, on February 27, 1945, daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Sandler) Knebel, and had been a Harwinton resident for the past 5 years. She was a retired bookkeeper.
Survivors include two daughters, Carrie Kelly and her husband, Stephen, of New Milford and Jill Schneider-O'Neill and her husband, Michael, of Harwinton; and four grandchildren, Dallas, Avery, Shianne, and Delilah. She was predeceased by a sister, Ada Corde.
Graveside services and burial will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11:00a.m. in Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Ave., Paramus, NJ, 06752. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
