Reppard Alan Hart, 68, of Statesboro, Georgia passed away on February 1, 2026, after a brief illness.

Reppard Alan Hart was born on January 12, 1958, in Statesboro, Georgia. He was a graduate of Statesboro High School, Class of 1975. He was known for his love of football, especially the Georgia Bulldogs. He enjoyed music, western shows, and woodworking.

Alan worked for Claude Howard Lumber in contractor sales for many years before later serving with Bulloch County Corrections.

He was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church. Alan accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior early in life and found great joy in serving others. His favorite ministry was the music ministry, as he deeply loved to sing.

Alan was a devoted husband. He and his beloved wife, Gail Hart, shared 44 wonderful years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reppard and Bernice Hall Hart; his parents-in-law, Tom and Iver Brinson; his brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Judy Hart; and his brother and sister-in-law, James and Virginia Hart.

Alan's beautiful life will forever be cherished by his wife, Gail Hart; his brothers, Ray (Kay) Hart of Woodstock, Georgia, and Danny (Tina) Hart of Statesboro, Georgia; and his sister, Kay Smith of Statesboro, Georgia. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 10 am to 11am at Joiner Anderson Funeral Home followed by a service at 11:00 am with Pastor Chris Holden officiating.

Interment will follow at Bulloch Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Terry Hart, Stevie Hart, Jordan Smith, Kyle Rovansek, Tom Brinson, and Jonathan Faust.

The family request that in lieu of flower please make donations to Statesboro Bible Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 2203, Statesboro, Ga 30459.
