Albert Merced Arguello, 73, of Greeley, passed away on August 8, 2025 in Greeley, Colorado. He was born on May 14, 1952 in Mora, New Mexico.
He moved to Colorado at a young age living with his grandmother and traveling back and forth to New Mexico with family.
Albert was a man with a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His compassion for others and willingness to share his time and talent left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
From a young age, Albert has a passion for art. After graduating high school, he pursued his love for creativity by attending college to study graphic design and art. His artistic talent was matched by his ability to offer thoughtful, wise advice, which so many sought and cherished over the years.
Faith was a cornerstone of Albert's life, guiding his actions and shaping the way he treated others – with kindness, respect, and humility. Albert's legacy is one of generosity, creativity, and steadfast faith. He will be remembered with love by family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
Albert is survived by his children, Mike Arguello, and Alvin Arguello (Carla Davila); eight grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Yolanda Arguello, Amanda Cordova, Modesto Cordova Jr. (Rachel), Cassandra Cordova, and Francisco "Poncho" Cordova (Geraldine), and a large extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Odelia Arguello; Siblings, Jerry, Walter, and Elizabeth.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, followed by funeral service at Lighthouse Family Mortuary, 3600 W 22nd Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
