Albert Joseph Bayer

Albert J. Bayer passed away on 03 Nov 2025 in Killeen Texas at the age of 82. Albert was born on 06 June 1943 to Josefa Maria Bayer in Schlaggenwald, Germany (currently Czechoslovakia). After moving to the U.S., he joined the US Army and served 20 years retiring as Sergeant First Class. Then went to Bell County to work as a guard and retired again from that position. On 01 April1965 he married Rose Marie and started a family. He is a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Killeen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother Josefa Marie Bayer his sister and brother. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Rosemarie Bayer. Sons Albert Joseph Bayer JR.(Joe) and Mark Bayer and Daughter Heidi Carmona. He has 5 grandchildren (Dustin, Katrina, Darien, Jared and Josef) and 7 great grandchildren (Jeremy, Kennedy, Marley, Logan, Isabella, Onyx and Adonis. Service will be held at 10 am on 24 Nov 2025 at Central Texas Veterans cemetery in Killeen. Church service to follow at Grace Lutheran Church, 1007 Bacon Ranch Rd, Killeen, TX 76542.
