Albert Joe Bell age 92 of Lenoir City Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at his home. He was a member of Hickory Valley Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge, and Knights Templar. Albert served in the United States Army. He was a hard worker owning several businesses: A. J. Bell Inc., Lazy Acres, Bell Mobile Home Park and Freda Bell Mobile Home Park. His family was one of the first families of Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Jo Vineyard Bell; second wife, Freda Daniel Williams Bell; daughters, Brenna Williams and Cindy Hudgens; granddaughter, Joyce Johnson; parents, Taft Bell and Elsie Medlan; sister, Cornelia George.
Albert is survived by his children, Jo Broffman and Susan Breazeale (Stan); stepchildren: Jim Williams (Carolyn), Vina George (Guy), Bruce Williams (Miriam); grandchildren: Mike Breazeale (Carolyn), Christina Hampton (Billy), Scott Hudgens, Justin Hudgens (Irene), Lexee Immenhort, Dawn Johnson, Mike (Manderley) Swain, Norman Lettieri (Shannon), Alena (Shane) Cooper, Jason Williams (Chastity), Stephanie (Phil) Skofield, Aaron Duncan, Camilla (Matt) Hephner, Caleb Williams, Colby (Gavin) Hammel, and Courtland Williams; 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Vernon Medlan, Ray Medlan (Diane), along with many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, February 2nd at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charlie Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in the Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens. Military honors will be conducted by the Loudon Co. Veterans Honor Guard. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
