In Loving Memory of Albert Leland "Pops" Bohall
Albert Leland "Pops" Bohall, age 69, of Ranger, Texas, passed away on December 7, 2025, in Ranger. He was born on July 14, 1956, in Fort Ord, California, to Burton and Anna Bohall.
Albert, known affectionately as "Pops," lived in both Ranger, Texas, and Wasilla, Alaska, throughout his life. He worked as a truck driver for Nabisco and later held several other positions in truck driving and warehousing. He was hardworking, dependable, and known for his quick wit and easy smile. Albert loved NASCAR, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burton and Anna Bohall; brothers Seth Bohall and Kevin Bohall; his wife, Vickie McKinley-Bohall; and his father-in-law, Cecil McKinley.
Albert is survived by his wife, Gloria Bohall, and by the beloved family of his wife Gloria - her children Ramon Eduardo & wife Yvonne, Guillermo Antonio & wife Sandra, Emmanuel de Jesús & wife Erika, Gloria Emeralda & wife David, and Fernando Ernesto & wife Anyssa - as well as grandchildren Evangeline, Anthony, Bentley, Isabella, Phoebe, and Ruth. He is also survived by brothers Randy Bohall and Larry Bohall; children Jason Bohall and wife Paige, Krystal Bohall, and Brandie Richardson and husband Keegan; and grandchildren Kyle Bohall, Skyler Bohall, LT Dirkes, Odin Dirkes, Escher Richardson, and Kieran Richardson.
He also leaves behind the beloved children of his late wife Vickie: Daniel Mason and wife Briana Horner, and their son Dalton Mason, and Enson Mason; Mandy Perkins and husband Eric Perkins, and their children Brooke Darby, Belen Perkins, and Everlee Perkins; and Christopher Quirk and wife Carolyn Quirk, and their children Scarlett Quirk and Malia Rains.
Albert was blessed with great-grandchildren, Adelaide, Avianna, Montana, and Lakelynn.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Patricia McKinley, and his Aunt, Barbara Bridges, as well as many cousins, extended family members, and friends who were blessed to have known and loved him.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 15th, at 10:00 a.m. at Woodbridge Church, 1418 Loop 254, Ranger, TX 76470, with graveside services to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 865 Sunset, Ranger, TX 76470. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Albert will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love for family, his silliness, and the many joyful moments he spent cooking with his grandchildren. His laughter, kindness, and the memories he created with those he loved will be cherished forever.
