Many memories of your Dad bringing you kids to Texas to see his sister Anne and Irene! You all would come out to the Lavern Wilhelm farm and ride tractor or help with the many chores that was required of us kids. Al will surely be missed! Eternal rest grant unto him oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his beautiful Soul rest in peace! Mary Beth Wilhelm Haschke.

Dear Kay and family, I am so sorry to hear about Al's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Al was a great friend and mentor. It was because of him and Charlie that I went into the service station business. We had many great times at the drag races, always being treated as an adult not a teenage kid. I am glad we got to meet up a couple years ago at Louie's garage. Till we meet again. Ron & Nancy Corrao Big Ron Las Vegas Nv.

Uncle Al, tall and slender, kind and helpful, always a go-getter. He never sat around idle. He always kept busy in the yard or the garage. He lived a good life for the most part, and a long life. He was beloved by everyone, and he is now at peace.

My condolences to the family. What fond memories we have of a loving father and grandfather. He was always smiling and taking great pride in family, watching Jean and Todd´s boys playing sports, sharing his vast knowledge and helping shape them into wonderful young men. God bless.
