Albert G. Huber

1935 - 2026

Milton, WI - Albert G. Huber, 91, of Milton, WI, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Our House, Whitewater. Al was born on January 28, 1935 in Sparta, WI to the late Wilmer Edward and Ella Jessie (Jerome) Huber. On August 25, 1956 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cataract, WI, Al married Barbara Stage. Al worked for 52 and a half years as an assembler at General Motors in Janesville. He was an extremely passionate member of the Mason's and Eastern Star. Al loved to go coon hunting, listening to and playing polka music, playing Euchre, and watching the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks. He was known also for his love of scratch offs. He was a longtime member of the Milton United Methodist Church.

Al is survived by his children: Mike (Linda) Huber, Gary (Cheryl) Huber, Debbie (Brian) Duoss, Brian (Julie) Huber; 12 grandchildren: Jeremy (Nicole) Huber, Nikki (Michael) Green, Matthew (Jessica) Husen, Lauren (Tim) Houfe, Kelly (Kyle) Kleber, Gary Huber, Eric (Kristie) Duoss, Brandon (Michelle) Duoss, Melissa (Shawn) Duoss-Triebs, Brian (Sydney) Huber, Nicolas Huber, Zachary Huber, 16 great grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Barbara Huber.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Milton United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the Milton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 5pm to 7pm with a Masonic Service at 7pm at the Albrecht Funeral Homes, Milton and from 10:00 AM until the start of services on Saturday at the church.
