Born in New York City, he resided in Edison for many years.
He was a Meter Reader for Con Ed in New York City.
He was predeceased by his parents, Angel and Juanita Irizarry. Surviving are his four children, Keith Irizarry of South Bound Brook, New Jersey, Philip Irizarry of Dayton, Ohio, John Andrew Irizarry of Old Bridge, New Jersey and Daniel Irizarry of Sayerville, New Jersey; siblings, Diana Irizarry of Pittsford, New York and Yolanda Contrubis of Venice, Florida; grandchildren, Adriana Irizarry, Sebastian Irizarry, Alexander Glenn Irizarry, Jaxton Kristopher Irizarry, Jahmir Albert Irizarry, Phoenix Daniel Irizarry and Latona Irizarry.
The Visitation will take place on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2-3:30pm with a prayer service at 3:30pm at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave., Metuchen.
