Albert "Dennis" Maker, 81, of Spartansburg, PA, passed away on Thursday Feb 27, 2025, at the home of his daughter, in Monaca, PA.
Dennis was born in Corry, PA to Albert F Maker & Hallie L Kinney on July 3, 1943. He graduated from Spartansburg High School. He worked as a manager for Buyer's Fair for 22 years. He also worked for AccuSpec and Erie Auto Auction Exchange.
He enjoyed tinkering in his garage, and he loved his flower and vegetable gardens. Dennis also loved to drink coffee on his porch and watch the hummingbirds.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Denny McEldowney; stepfather, Gerry Coates; sister, Sally Miller and two brothers, Curtis and Milo Maker,
Dennis is survived by his daughters, Michelle (Donald) McEldowney McMillan, Connie (Kevin) Maker Misiuda, Julie (Fiancé, Lucas Frisina) Maker, and Sarah (Landon) Blackburn Watson; sister, Patricia (Fiancé, Edward Thompson) Joy; half-brother, Dale Coates and companion, Elizabeth Shoup. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call at Bracken Funeral Home, Inc., 315 N. Center St, Corry, PA 16407 on Monday, March 10th from 11 am until the time of the memorial service there at 1 pm. Pastor Leonard Kinney will officiate.
Burial will be held privately by the family.
Memorial donations may be made to UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh 4401 Penn Ave Pittsburgh, Pa 15224 Or Shriner's Children's Hospital of Erie 1645 W 8th St Erie, Pa 16505.
