Albert was born October 2, 1960, in Athens, Ohio, to James Otto Miller Sr. and Margeret Marie Secoy-Miller. Albert was a 1979 High School Graduate of Athens and Tri-County for Hospitality and Lodging. He worked as an Athens Township Trustee and for the Ohio Department of Transportation Athen's garage.
Surviving are his daughters, Lisa Rutter and Maggie Miller; sisters, Theresa Stump, Marla (Timothy Smith Jr.) Smith, and Eldona (Nathan Trout) Miller; brother, Nathan (Alisha) Miller; special cousin, Rick Brooks; special friend, Alvira Spears; and several nieces and nephews.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents, James Otto Miller Sr. and Margeret Marie Secoy-Miller; brother, James Otto Miller Jr.; and sister, Edith Miller.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 27, 2025, following cremation, at Dow Lake in Athens County, Ohio, by the family. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens in Albany, Ohio following the Celebration of Life services.
Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio.
