Albert A. Sedillo AkA (Beto) , born on April 13, 1957, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025. Albert was a devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Albert proudly worked as a groundskeeper for Bernalillo County for many years, where he was known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and pride in keeping the community beautiful. He took great satisfaction in honest work and providing for his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Andy, and Minnie Sedillo; his brother, David Sedillo; and his beloved granddaughter, Catalina Blea, Son in Law Reynaldo Garcia. Albert is survived by his children: Albert Sedillo Jr. ( Wife Nadine), Yvette Sedillo, and Tanya Trombley (Husband Marciano); his grandchildren Alyssa, Jacob, Martin, Elisia, Reynette, Reynaldo, Kristopher, and Deandra, Tiffani ; and his great-grandchildren Frieda, Catalina, Krishna, and Kristopher Jr.
He is also survived by his brothers Alex, Joe, Louie, Ramon, Billy, Andrew, and Anthony Sedillo; his sister Mary Sedillo; Good friend Tina Ortiz and many nieces and nephews extended family members, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Albert will be remembered for his love of family, his hardworking nature, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. His legacy lives on through the generations he helped shape and the many lives he touched.
Services will be held on February 9, 2026at 9:00 am , at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
