Albert E. Validzich

Albert E. Validzich, aged 73, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, at the David Simpson Hospice House of the Western Reserve. Born in Painesville on December 3, 1951, to parents Albert F. and Lillian (nee Kish) Validzich.
In 1971, Albert graduated from Fairport Harding High School. Albert attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and was active in the men's group at The Grove Church. Those who knew Albert valued his steadfast commitment to his spiritual life and the warmth and wisdom he brought to every interaction. Albert was also a member of the American Slovenian Club and the Hungarian Culture Club where he cherished his roots and celebrated them.
His presence will be missed by his numerous cousins; Therese Denner, Jeanne McGlone, Jennifer Kelovsky, Daniel Kish, Marcia Endicott, Marlene Reagle, Patricia Heilman, Joseph Messina, Gus Gallucci, Christopher Gallucci, and Suzie Gallucci, along with many extended family members who will treasure his memory. Albert will be remembered as a kind, gentle spirit. He was always generous to those in need. Rest in Peace dear cousin.
Albert was preceded in death by his loving parents and cherished uncles, Ernest Kish and Robert Kish, as well as his beloved cousins, Kristine Bilecky, Steven Kish, and Gregory Kish.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. Family will receive friends from 10:30 until the time of Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 316 Fifth St., Fairport Harbor, Ohio 44077 with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Painesville, Ohio.
