Albert W. "Bill" Yetter, 82, of Mifflin, passed away at 5:45 p.m., on Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital. Born on February 16, 1943, in Walker Twp., Juniata County, he is a son of the late Frank and Kathryn (Dysinger) Yetter. On June 22, 1968, he married his late wife, Barbara A. "Barb" (Harris) Yetter, with whom he was blessed to share more than 47 years of marriage before her passing on July 20, 2015. He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Koppenhaver and her husband Dan, of Mifflin; four grandchildren, Tyler Yetter of Mifflin, Matt Koppenhaver (Celeste) of Mifflin, Christopher Koppenhaver (Sarah) of Hamburg, Lacey Johnson (Brian) of Mount Carmel; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Faye Ruth Snyder of Camp Hill, Kathleen Fraley of Harrisburg, and Arlene Wirt of Odenton, MD; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy I. Yetter; four brothers; and two sisters. Bill was a 1961 graduate of Juniata Joint High School in Mifflintown and was employed and retired from Penn Dot in Mifflintown in 1996. He enjoyed hunting with his favorite son-in-law and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. All Services and Interment will be private. For those that wish, memorial donations may be made in Mr. Yetter's memory to the Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box F, Mifflin, PA 17058 or to the United Bowhunters of Pennsylvania Disabled Hunters Program, 180 Lowell Dr., Reading, PA 19606.
