Alberta attended several elementary schools, Junior High School in Urich, MO then 2 years at Excelsior Springs MO High School followed by her final high school years at Tina-Avalon MO High School, graduating in 1957. During that time, she became the mother of 3 daughters, Teri, Diana, and Donna; and enjoyed her time as a stay-at-home Mom. Alberta was a girl scout leader, member of the PTA, and taught vacation bible study. When the girls reached school age, Alberta returned to work as the Office Manager at Modern Plastic Molding Corp. She retired in 1996, after 27 years, and together with Jerry, she enjoyed traveling, fishing at their place near Truman Lake, playing cards and dominoes, and spoiling her grandchildren. She was grandmother to 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Alberta was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Independence, the Journeyman Sunday School Class and an officer in the Independence Host Lions Club.

Preceding her in death were her parents, stepmother, her husband, brothers Dwaine (Betty) and Gerald (Jackie), and twin sister Roberta (John) Deitch. She is survived by her daughters Teri Gulick (Mike) of Independence, Diana Dinsmore (Roger Reese) of Naples, FL, Donna Lamble of Shawnee KS, granddaughter Jennifer Caughlin (Kevin) Warrensburg MO, Brian Ogle (Jennifer) Cocoa Beach Fl, Robert Ogle (Laurel) Independence MO, Kevin Lamble (Brianna) Shawnee KS, Jeff Lamble Shawnee KS, and great grandchildren in MO , KS & FL, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Alberta was a sweet and gentle person, meticulous in some ways and free spirited in others. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Rest in Peace.
