Albino Garcia Sr.

Albino P. Garcia Sr. passed away January 21, 2025, at the age of 87. He was born on September 17, 1937, in Rockport, Texas to parents, Jose and Constanza Garcia.

Albino married the love of his life Esperanza G. Garcia on September 6, 1959, and they spent many wonderful years together. Albino worked for Brown and Root Construction for many years and happily retired in 2010. He had a passion for community service and gave many haircuts to those in need in Rockport. Albino was also a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was a devoted catholic. He loved spending time with his family and had a sweet tooth, especially for cake!

He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Maria Garcia and mother, Constanza P. Garcia. He is survived by his loving wife, Esperanza G. Garcia, children, Maria De Los Santos, Albino Garcia Jr. Adan Garcia, Fermin Garcia, Euladia Garcia and Joe Andrew Garcia, sister, Elena Martinez and brother Mario Garcia. 10 wonderful grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Albino will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025, at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home followed with a Mass at Sacred Heart Church with burial to follow at Rockport Cemetery.
