Alejandrina Acevedo Obituary
Alejandrina Marie Acevedo, 36, of Fort Johnson, passed away March 29, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 24, 1989, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Cynthia DeJesus and the late Daniel Acevedo. Alejandrina attended Glade Central School in Belle Glade in Florida. She was employed as a veterinarian technician in Puerto Rico and in Florida. In 2017 she moved to New York city and in 2019 moved to Fort Johnson, New York.
Alejandrina loved animals and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her mother Cynthia DeJesus, her partner Michael Fernandez, two sons, Nathaniel Rivera and Isaiah Fernandez: siblings, Lisa, Angel, Odie, Anthony, Johnathan, Junior and Julissa, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
It was Alejandrina's request there be no funeral services or calling hours.
