Alejo Ramos Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Castillo Funeral Home on Dec. 2, 2025.
Alejo "Junie" Ramos, beloved dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, and brother, was born on March 17, 1937, and passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, surrounded by the family who loved him dearly.
Alejo proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Faith was an anchor in his life, and he cherished attending church every Sunday for as long as he was able. He enjoyed taking walks with his dog before his passing, spending time with his grandchildren, visiting his siblings, and relaxing while watching sports on TV. His gentle spirit, steady presence, and warm smile brought comfort and joy to everyone around him.
Alejo will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. We find peace in knowing he is reunited in heaven with his beloved wife of many years, Teodora Ramos; his parents, Alejo and Tomasita Ramos; his brothers, Pete and Gumecindo Ramos; and his sisters, Agapita, Francis, Susie, and Feliz.
He leaves behind a legacy of love through his children, Alfonso Ramos and Anna Ramos; his daughter-in-law, Mireya Ramos; his six grandchildren, Samantha Lorenz (Travis), Adrian Luna, Nathan Ramos, Jordan Soto, Alyssa Ramos, and Jason Ramos; and his five great-grandchildren, Kalliope Luna, Zayden, Enzo, Aliyah, and Averie Lorenz.
He is also survived by his sister, Mary Pachecano (Armando), and his brother, Joe Ramos (Elia), along with many nieces and nephews who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Though we feel the deep ache of his absence, we find comfort in knowing Alejo's spirit lives on in every life he touched. His lessons, his warmth, and his unwavering faith will continue to be our strength and our reminder of what truly matters.
Lord, we lift Alejo into Your loving care and thank You for the years we shared with him. Surround our family with Your peace as we grieve, and fill our hearts with hope as we trust in Your promise of eternal life. May Alejo rest in Your glory, and may his memory be a blessing forever. Amen
