So many fond memories! I remember being terrified, when my Toxoplasmosis screening came back Positive, knowing how adversely my fetus could be affected. With a slight smile, Dr. Brickler asked me if my family had always had Cats, and that, in that case, my baby was safe, since I´d most likely built-up antibodies to the infection long ago; it was instant relief, I had so much faith in him!

He was just the person I needed, to calmly and knowledgeably see me through my pregnancy, and I've, since, been forever grateful, as has my son, who is nearly 50 years of age. The Big Bend has lost a Champion.

Oh my goodness. Thank you, Dr. Brickler. Such a good man Dr. Bricker was. This is not said lightly. Based on years and years of engaging with myself and people of many walks of life. He was tops! At 13 years of age he was my first doctor. He was there for my first pregnancy. I unsuredly told him I wanted to breastfed. To my shock, he said great! You have breasts made to breastfed lol. Because of his positive response, I have awesome memories of breastfeeding both sons that he delivered via caesarean section. I thank God for placing Dr. Brickler in this life as such a time as this. May his legacy continue and he rest in peace that passes all understanding.

There are numerous attributes that define Dr. Brickler, but devotion and self-sacrifice stand right at the top.

Dr Brickler was one of the inspiration to me to become a physician. I met him when he did my tonsillectomy my freshman year at FAMU. Great gentleman and physician. He earned his rest in peace although we are all sad .Jacquelyn Martin Walker, MD

I worked with Dr. AD for over 28 years. There aren't enough words to describe this humble, caring, generous, gifted man! Blessed to have been there when he was there!

Dr AD was the most kindest, humble, caring, patient, and "down to earth" doctor I have ever had the pleasure to work with as a Surgical Technologist in Labor and Delivery. Every time I seen him in the hallway, he always greeted me with a , "Hello, my friend" and "Are you my scrub tech today"? I will forever be thankful for the 10+ years we worked side by side delivering babies. He taught me so much and he will be greatly missed by everyone he crossed paths with. My deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to his wife, children, and family.
