Charles Larry McGee Sr. 74, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 9, 2025 at New St. John A.M.E. Church, 2505 Holton St., with burial at Bethel Cemetery. Viewing will be from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. Friday, August 8, 2025 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.
Survivors include his loving wife, Annie McGee; two sons, Charles McGee Jr. and Oscar McGee; four daughters, Erica McGee, Chander Stephens, Lyvette McGee and Sheena Thomas; two sisters, Patricia Ford and Freddie Price; and a host of other relatives and friends.

My Condolences to the family and prayers for them. I remember the first time I met Little Daddy working on a Habatat house. I was a line burner and he told me that I was one of the best he ever saw. Before I knew it I'd got the wall almost waist high with him feeding the bricks to me. We became good friends and yes I learned quite a few things about brick work and about life. Rest in peace my friend
